Any digital products, that can be downloaded by you after the purchase, are non-refundable. This includes any kind of digital product such as videos, documents, audio files, and the like.

For digital online products such as but not limited to 1on1 consultations, online classes, etc. there is a 14-day money-back guarantee if the delivery of the Service has not started yet.

Together we will look to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
